Your ticket purchases

The Orders page is your personal ticket history, a record of every event you've booked through Time For A Show.

Getting there:

Click Your purchases in the navigation menu.

Understanding the tabs:

1. Upcoming: events you have tickets for that haven't happened yet. These are shown with a countdown.
2. Past: events you've attended.
3. Refunded: orders that were fully or partially refunded.

What you can do from each order:

1. Download your tickets: click Download tickets to get a PDF of your tickets. Your QR codes are on the ticket, so bring this to the event on your phone or printed.
2. Download your receipt: click Receipt to download a PDF receipt for the order.
3. Request a refund: if the event allows refunds, a Request refund button appears. Refund eligibility is set by the organiser.
4. Book again: for past events where the organiser is running more performances, click Book again to go straight to the ticket sales page.

Stats at the top of the page:

1. Upcoming events: how many events you have tickets for.
2. Tickets to use: total tickets across all upcoming events.
3. Shows attended this year: a count of events you've been to in the current calendar year.
