Creating an organisation

An organisation represents the group that puts on your events — a theatre society, a charity, a club, or any other group. Every event on Time For A Show is linked to an organisation.

Steps:

1. From your dashboard, click Organisations in the navigation menu.
2. Click New organisation.
3. Fill in the organisation details:
4. Name: the full public-facing name of your group.
5. Friendly link: a short URL-safe identifier (e.g. amateur-dramatics-society). This appears in your public event URLs.
6. Description: a short summary shown on your public organisation page. Keep it to a sentence or two.
7. Click Save.

Your new organisation appears in the organisations list. Click its name to open the organisation page where you can add a banner image, manage voucher codes, and share access with committee members.

Sharing access with others:

You can give other Time For A Show users access to your organisation without sharing your login. On the organisation page, find the Shared access section, enter their email address, and choose their permission level (Owner, Editor, or Viewer).
